- AM - Clinic with the pros at Coronado Pickleball Center in Playa Coronado
- PM - Clinic with the pros at Park & Padel in Panama City
January 23, 2026 - Friday
- PM - Tournament begins at Park & Padel (extra courts will be added)
- PM - Welcome party at Park & Padel
- ** If there are a high number of entries, the tournament could start on Friday
January 24, 2026 - Saturday
- AM - Tournament at Park & Padel
January 25, 2026 - Sunday
- PM - Tournament ends
- PM - Awards ceremony at Park & Padel
